Dry air for safe industrial processes at Chillventa 2024

Air handling solutions at trade show for battery production

In many industrial segments, dry process air plays a crucial role in implementing safe and optimal manufacturing, processing or packaging processes. For these requirements, ULT offers extensive modular solutions for achieving minimal residual air humidity and dew point temperatures based on adsorption drying.

At Chillventa from October 8th to 10th, 2024 in Nuremberg, the company will present a brand new solution in addition to tried-and-tested systems: The new ULT Dry-Tec siccus adsorption dryer series offers a range of application-oriented, product-specific advantages. Among other things, an extremely quiet EC fan ensures an energetically optimized process and regeneration volume flow. Modular, specific step heating elements ensure optimal regeneration air. On request, an integrated air-air heat exchanger can be used as an option to save energy.

The new air dryer series was designed for use in the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries, or in battery cell production or when handling bulk materials. The systems in the ULT Dry Tec siccus series are suitable for use in all industrial areas where dew point temperatures of less than +10°C Tp must be achieved.

ULT is also introducing a new AI-based service tool with which users can access a wide range of information on operation, maintenance or component replacement. This service module is currently unique worldwide and will be shown to the public for the first time at Chillventa 2024.
